Honey Avocado Chicken Salad

Description
My best attempt at duplicating a delicious recipe from a local restaurant. It's the perfect blend of salty and sweet! Serve as a sandwich on a croissant, sourdough bread, or pretzel bun or with lettuce for a delightful lunchtime treat.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 ½ cups light mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons light sour cream
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey, or more to taste
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- ¼ cup diced onion
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Directions
- 1. Mash avocado, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, and honey together in a bowl until smooth and creamy; season with salt and pepper. Fold chicken, onion, and celery into avocado mixture until coated.
