Description
Great new fall pumpkin mousse dessert. Serve with angel food cake or just with whipped topping.
Ingredients
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 (4 ounce) container whipped topping
Directions
- 1. Combine pudding mix, cinnamon, and ginger in a large bowl; whisk to combine. Add cold milk and beat with a wire whisk or electric mixer for 2 minutes. Mix in pumpkin, then fold in whipped topping. Spoon into 8 ramekins.
- 2. Refrigerate until set, about 10 minutes.
