Description
Baked chicken breasts with a lime/mayonnaise/cheese glaze. Blimey, it's limey chicken!
Ingredients
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 limes
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 12 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- 2. Spread oil over the bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Squeeze limes over chicken. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and cheese; mix together and spread mixture over chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
