Family loves this slow cooker sweet potato chili!
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- 1. Combine sweet potatoes, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, onion, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, and salt in a slow cooker.
- 2. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
