Family loves this slow cooker sweet potato chili!

Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. 1. Combine sweet potatoes, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, onion, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, garlic, paprika, and salt in a slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
