Ingredients
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Directions
- 1. Mix mayonnaise and roasted red peppers together in a small bowl. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt; mix well. Refrigerate until serving.
