Description
Irish Soda Bread for the bread machine. This recipe makes a wonderfully tasty loaf.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 ¼ cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 3 teaspoons caraway seed
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- ⅔ cup raisins
Directions
- 1. Add ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select fruit bread or basic bread setting. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.
