Description
Applesauce and spices make these sugarless cookies tasty.
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ¼ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- 2. Mix dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Dough will be thin.
- 3. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
