Ingredients
  • 2 cups millet flour
  • 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons xanthan gum
  • ⅓ cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup half-and-half
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 ½ tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil, divided
  • 2 ½ tablespoons finely chopped fresh thyme, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch salt
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Mix flour, baking powder, and xanthan gum together in a medium bowl. Cut in butter using a pastry cutter or 2 knives.
  3. 3. Whisk half-and-half, eggs, and egg whites together in a separate medium bowl. Pour over the flour mixture. Add 2 tablespoons basil, 2 tablespoons thyme, garlic, and salt; mix until dough comes together.

  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven until bottoms and edges turn golden, about 20 minutes.
