Tortellini Pasta Salad

Description
This is a tasty salad that is filling and goes great with just about any meal. It's perfect for summer barbecues.
Ingredients
- 27 ounces tri-colored cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 (2 pound) package mixed vegetables
- 1 pound snow peas
- ¼ cup corn oil
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
Directions
- 1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, oil and salad dressing mix; toss together. Add vegetables and cheese; mix well, cover and refrigerate over night.
