Description
A tasty salad with canned shoepeg corn, peppers, and green onion!
Ingredients
- 5 (7 ounce) cans shoepeg corn, drained
- 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- 1. Combine corn, tomatoes, green onions, red pepper, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
