Description

Quick and easy Caesar dressing. My guests always ask if I will be serving Caesar salad at my dinner parties.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 4 teaspoons white sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
  1. 1. Blend oil, egg, white sugar, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, and black pepper in a blender until dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours to overnight.
