Description
Finally, healthy fresh green beans served fresh and flavorfully! Quick, simple, and uses few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup minced green beans
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil, or more as needed
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 4 small flour tortillas
Directions
- 1. Combine beans, green onions, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper and mix well. Mix olive oil into bean mixture until desired moistness is reached.
- 2. Place 2 slices Provolone cheese onto each tortilla. Spoon bean mixture on top of cheese layer. Wrap tortilla around the filling, starting from the bottom.
