Description

This creamy spinach and cheese dip is served warm with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (7.2 ounce) package Snack Factory® Original Pretzel Crisps®
Directions
  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan and add the onions and garlic, sauteing them until golden brown. Add the spinach and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Stir in in milk, cream cheese, mayo and Parmesan cheese; stir until ingredients are evenly incorporated. Reduce heat to low. Allow the ingredients to simmer together, continuing to stir occasionally.
  3. 3. Serve warm with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
