Description
This creamy spinach and cheese dip is served warm with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- ½ cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (7.2 ounce) package Snack Factory® Original Pretzel Crisps®
Directions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan and add the onions and garlic, sauteing them until golden brown. Add the spinach and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2. Stir in in milk, cream cheese, mayo and Parmesan cheese; stir until ingredients are evenly incorporated. Reduce heat to low. Allow the ingredients to simmer together, continuing to stir occasionally.
- 3. Serve warm with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
