Energy balls filled with all of the essentials for a pre-workout snack!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups quick cooking oats
  • 2 ½ cups natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups dry unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup honey, melted
Directions
  1. 1. Combine oats, peanut butter, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, cranberries, almond milk, and honey in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. 2. Roll mixture into bite-size balls and arrange on a baking sheet. Refrigerate until set, at least 15 minutes.
