Description

This is so unusual that it takes you by surprise! It combines sweet and salty.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 large lettuce leaves
Directions
  1. 1. Stir the peas, pickles, peanuts, and mayonnaise together in a mixing bowl. Scoop onto lettuce leaves to serve.
