Mloda Kapusta z Koperkiem (Spring Cabbage with Dill)

Description
This is a lovely way to enjoy the best of the annual spring cabbage. This side dish is full of flavor and nutrients and is a great accompaniment to a variety of meals.
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, cored and shredded
- 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock powder
- ⅔ cup water, or more to taste
- ¼ cup sour cream
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. Combine cabbage, dill, butter, and vegetable stock powder in a pot; cover with water. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 2. Mix 2 tablespoons cooking liquid, sour cream, and salt together in a small bowl. Mix into the cabbage mixture until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
