Description

My husband loves ranch dressing but we eat a very clean diet. I came up with this recipe to keep us both satisfied and happy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
  1. 1. Combine Greek yogurt, coconut milk, parsley, chives, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; mix dressing thoroughly.
  2. 2. Chill dressing until flavors combine, 30 minutes to 1 hour.
