Start your day with this green power smoothie combining oats, coconut milk, spinach, parsley, apple, honey and lemon.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
  • ¼ cup parsley leaves
  • ½ cup cored and chopped green apple
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup ice
Directions
  1. 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
