Description

Has oats and coconut; tastes great with cherry filling.

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup quick cooking oats
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ice water
Directions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, and coconut. Stir in oil and water. Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan.
  3. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
