Description
This is one of my family's absolute favorite snacks, and it's way better than the guacamole you buy at the store! This recipe makes enough for about 4 people, as an appetizer or poolside snack (served with tortilla chips).
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocados, finely chopped
- 8 cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- ¼ onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. Combine chopped avocado, cherry tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
