Description
I have eaten hummus a few times a week for years now. A couple years back I wanted something different, so I started messing around. After a few trial runs, this recipe represents my favorite hummus.

- 2 tablespoons tahini, or more to taste
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 1 tablespoon water, or as needed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
