Big-Time Avocado Salsa

Description
Chopped jalapeno peppers provide some heat to this classic avocado salsa.
Ingredients
- 2 fully ripened Avocados from Mexico, halved, pitted and diced
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- 1. In a bowl, toss avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt just until combined. Cover and refrigerate.
- 2. Serve with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables, if desired.
