Description
A quick meal with most ingredients from the cupboard. My kids really like it. Good with ground turkey, too.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (12 inch) pre-baked thin pizza crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- 2. Place beef in a skillet over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease.
- 3. Spread cream of mushroom soup over the pizza crust. Layer cooked beef over the soup, and top with cheese.
- 4. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through.
