This banana and peach smoothie is topped with coconut, almonds, and raisins creating a paleo-friendly smoothie bowl for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 1 banana, divided
  • ½ cup frozen peach slices
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
Directions
  1. 1. Blend 1/2 banana, peaches, applesauce, water, and coconut oil together in a blender until smooth; pour into a serving bowl.
  2. 2. Slice remaining half banana and arrange on top of smoothie. Add shredded coconut, almonds, and raisins.
