What's better than ice cream on your mug cake? Ice cream in a mug cake! Not just that, you can top it with ice cream, too!. Sounds like heaven!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup vanilla ice cream, melted
- 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Directions
- 1. Mix melted ice cream, flour, and baking powder together in a microwave-safe mug. Stir in cocoa powder. Microwave until top of cake looks done, about 90 seconds. Top with vanilla ice cream.
