Tangy Ranch Apple Slaw

Description
Tangy coleslaw with a hint of sweetness. Diced walnuts or slivered almonds can be added just before serving. Add 1/2 teaspoon celery seed if desired.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®)
- 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch salad dressing mix (such as Hidden Valley Ranch®)
- 2 large green apples, cored and diced
- ½ (8 ounce) package shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. Whisk sour cream, sweetener, apple cider vinegar, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Toss green apples, shredded cabbage, and green onions in a salad bowl and pour dressing over the slaw; toss to coat. Season with salt and black pepper. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill at least 20 minutes or up to 4 hours before serving.
