Easy Rice Pineapple Pudding

Description
This is a fun, fast and easy take on that traditional comfort food, rice pudding. The pineapple adds a sweet, irresistible zing.
Ingredients
- 4 cups skim milk
- 2 (3.4 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
- 4 cups cooked long-grain white rice, cooled
- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, drained
- ½ cup DOLE Seedless Raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- 1. Whisk together milk and pudding mix in large bowl, 2 to 3 minutes.
- 2. Stir in rice, pineapple chunks, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla. Chill.
