Description
Simple, easy, and delicious guacamole, perfect for Cinco de Mayo.
Ingredients
- 2 large avocados, flesh removed and mashed
- 2 (10 ounce) baskets cherry tomatoes, quartered and seeded
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- ½ onion, minced
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1. Mix avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Stir lime juice into the avocado mixture. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
