Description

Simple, easy, and delicious guacamole, perfect for Cinco de Mayo.

Ingredients
  • 2 large avocados, flesh removed and mashed
  • 2 (10 ounce) baskets cherry tomatoes, quartered and seeded
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • ½ onion, minced
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
  1. 1. Mix avocado, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno pepper, and garlic together in a bowl. Stir lime juice into the avocado mixture. Season with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
