Ingredients
- 1 cup firmly packed fresh basil leaves
- ½ cup olive oil, or as needed
- ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon coconut aminos (soy-free seasoning sauce)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1. Process basil, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, cashews, lemon juice, garlic, sea salt, coconut aminos, and cayenne pepper in a food processor, adding more oil as necessary, until desired consistency is reached.
