Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Description
This pork and sauerkraut recipe is super easy. My husband went crazy over this. He ended up having 2 man-sized servings! Serve with crusty bread (French or Italian will do) and horseradish or spicy brown mustard.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless pork chops
- 2 large potatoes, cut into big chunks
- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle root beer
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Directions
- 1. Place pork chops, potatoes, sauerkraut, cranberries, carrot, root beer, and horseradish in a slow cooker, in that order. Cook on Low until pork chops are very tender, 6 to 8 hours.
