Description

I don't usually leave me enough time for breakfast in the morning and came up with this as a quick, healthy smoothie I can put in a to-go cup and drink at work.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Directions
  1. 1. Blend spinach, oats, apple juice, banana, and peanut butter together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
